Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

What sizes do your abayas come in?

Our abayas are available in sizes 54 to 64 (based on length). Please refer to our Size Guide for full measurements and height recommendations.

What is included with each abaya?

Each abaya comes complete with a matching inner slip dress and scarf unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What fabric are the abayas made from?

Fabric details are listed on each individual product page. We carefully select fabrics that are lightweight, breathable and modest.

How do I care for my abaya?

We recommend hand washing or a gentle machine wash on a cool setting. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a low heat. Full care instructions are included with your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
