At Hafsa & Co, we want you to love every purchase.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Perfumes that have been opened
• Jewellery that has been worn
• Items marked as final sale

How To Return

Email us at hafsaandco.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us at hafsaandco.uk@gmail.com to arrange.

Hafsa & Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
